and 10% Service Charge.  Weekly rates available.
Excluding Holiday and Special Events.

Reservations
Reservation is confirmed with a $50.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total reservation balance, less deposit, will be charged to your credit card.  If the cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to arrival, or if you do not show, or if you leave early, 100% of the total reservation will be charged to you credit card.

No Smoking Policy
The Red Oak Inn has a No Smoking policy throughout the Inn and in all rooms. Rooms with a balcony are available.  A $50.00 cleaning charge will be applied if you smoke in the room.
