Do not email your payment information, we will call you and reserve your room immediately with a deposit to your credit card over the phone.  We will confirm the reservation by email, fax or telephone as you have instructed below.

While we will try to fulfill each reservation request, submitting this form does not guarantee that your room
selection will be available.   Only a confirmation from us will guarantee the room.

Reservations
Reservation is confirmed with a one night deposit, including 10% tax.

Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to arrival date, (14 days holiday periods), the deposit is refunded, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.  If the cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival (14 days holiday periods), or if you do not show, the deposit is forfeited.
